Drawn Hungry Portland Collab Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING BEYOND THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES OBTAINED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Jordan Gayle Johnson Digital Media LLC / Drawn Hungry, PO Box 17102 Portland, OR 97217 jordan@drawnhungry.com ("Sponsor"), in partnership with participating Portland-area retailers ("Retail Partners").
 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its Retail Partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
 

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026 ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day of the Entry Period. Sponsor's records are the official record of entry times.
 

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of being drawn per entry submitted.

Method 1 — No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry) Scan the QR code displayed on Giveaway signage at any participating Retail Partner location and complete the entry form. This method yields one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period, regardless of the number of times the form is submitted. Duplicate free entries from the same person will be discarded.

Method 2 — Bonus Entries with Purchase Make a single purchase of $20.00 or more (before tax) at a participating Retail Partner location during the Entry Period and complete the entry form provided at checkout or via the QR code, indicating proof of purchase. This method yields ten (10) entries per qualifying purchase. There is no limit on the number of qualifying purchases and corresponding bonus entries a person may submit during the Entry Period, unless otherwise noted at a specific Retail Partner location.
 

Limit of one free entry (Method 1) per person for the entire Entry Period. Purchase entries (Method 2) may be submitted once per qualifying transaction.
 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Drawn Hungry Core Game (ARV $40)

• One (1) Drawn Hungry Portland Collab Expansion Pack (ARV $10)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
 

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
 

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about November 1st. The winner will be notified by the email or phone number provided at entry within 3 business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or if the entry is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor and its Retail Partners to use winner's name, city/state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and will not be sold to third parties. 

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and its Retail Partners are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, or software failures; or any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway.
