We accept returns on unopened, unused games within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
