Portlanders were introduced to the pickled cuisine of Russia when Bonnie Morales opened Kachka in April, 2014. Ever since, Kachka's Herring Under a Fur Coat has been a symbol of the cuisine - once thought of as bland, but in reality - deliciously enticing, uncompromising in it's presentation, and fun in it's own sour kind of way.

Each print is 5"x7" printed on recycled cardstock.

$5 from the sale of each art print will be donated to the Oregon Food Bank.
